1. Did you hug yourself today? Those in your house?
2. Did you stand up every hour & do 20 jumping jacks?Â
3. Did you drink at least 8 cups of water today?
4. Did you eat mostly fresh foods in line with your biochemical needs today?
5. Did you eat 4-5 fruits and vegetables today?
6. Did you keep caffeine to a minimum?
